A message from Diana Dotolo, Sr. Vice President Human Resources

As we move into 2025, we are pleased to offer a harmonized suite of company benefit programs. A tremendous amount of effort was placed on reviewing every organization's current plans, conducting an RFP process for all lines of coverage with a variety of vendors and comparing information to the latest market data.

We recognize benefits are a very personal matter and offering choices to best fit your family situation was important to us. I encourage you to take time to understand the variety of new options available to you and make any changes during this annual enrollment time frame.

How do I enroll?

When it is time to enroll, follow these two steps to success:

  1. Click the red Enroll here button below.
  2. Log in with your User Name and Password. If you are a new user, first consult this user guide. Then, Register and answer security questions. Your company key is PTEN.

Patterson-UTI employees with Okta access can use the Single Sign On (SSO) by clicking on the PTENBenefits badge.
